Store Policies

Product Warranty

All Zel Custom Manufacturing products, including the Tactlite upper, are guaranteed against all defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the original registered owner.  This guarantee is voided (as determined by Zel Custom Mfg.) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product and does not cover any normal wear that might occur.  All guarantee claims should be sent directly to Zel Custom Mfg. via prepaid and insured delivery.

Payment / Cancellation Policy

If paying by credit card, a $500 deposit will be charged at the time of order with the balance charged at the time of shipment.  Payment by check requires full payment of the invoice amount within ten days of placing the order.  Orders may be cancelled any time prior to shipment.  A 30% Cancellation Fee will be applied to all cancelled orders at the time of cancellation.

Return Policy

  1. All Tactilite uppers are custom made and may not be returned except for purposes related to the Zel Custom Mfg. Warranty.  All Sales Are Final.
  2. Unopened accessories may be returned within 15 days.
  3. Accessories may not be returned after they have been opened.  Inquiries about defective accessories should be directed to the manufacturer.

Shipping & "Handling"

I hate it when a company charges me some outrageous fee for "handling".  It's simply dishonest for a store to charge you for the priviledge of actually giving you the product that you just bought.  So, we don't do it.  We use some UPS-supplied module to help us calculate your shipping charges.  It will sometimes give you a  number that makes no sense.  When that happens, give us a call so that we can straighten it out.
